Version 8 Features

 

The following features are included with the purchase and installation of Version 8 of CollectMax.

Action Item Report: This feature allows you to use relative dates that allows for easier regularly scheduled automation.

Action Note Display: This feature will display the action notes in the Action Section of the Account's Summary Tab.

Attorney Review: This feature allows you to setup individual review items and then use them to build customized checklist reviews. When working through a checklist, each item contained with in the checklist can be marked as Passed, Failed or N/A by the reviewer. Fail codes can be created to track fail reasons.

Batch Process - User Code Settings: This feature allows you to update the settings for all users or a selected team of users.

Call Activity Warning: This feature allows you to set a number of call activities before a warning will be displayed for your staff. If your staff tries to enter another call code a warning will be displayed.

Claim Activity History: This feature updates the Activity Code Screen to separate the display into different tabs Call Activities and Other Activities.

Closed Account Access Restriction: This feature will allow you to restrict access to closed accounts by user code.

Completion Code Transactions: This feature allows you to post a transaction with a work completed Completion Code.

Court Cost Override by Balance: This feature will allow you to set the cost amount by balance range for each court and allows you to set the rules around which balance is used to calculate the range.

Court Representatives: This feature allows you to attach representatives to your Court Codes. Court Representatives can be used for court recommended legal defense firms and services that you may be required to disclose on documents.

Document Property Modification Tracking: This feature allows you to view any document property changes.

Document Sets: This feature will allow you to create sets of documents to help narrow the number of documents seen on the selection screen.

Document Statistics: This feature allows you to view from the Properties of a Document the document statistics including last time a document was generated, who generated it and how many documents were generated.

Document Variable Grouping: The feature groups document variables into categories for easier location when using them in documents. This will also allow you to select most used variables to appear on a favorites list.

Financial Notes: This feature will allow you to put a note that must be viewed before posting any financial transactions.

Find By Color-Coded Closed Accounts: This feature allows you to highlight closed accounts in the Find List by selecting a different display color.

Group Flash Messages: This feature allows your current flash messages into one flash message. You can also create Flash Message Templates that can be added to all accounts under a single client.

Line Item Fee Invoices: This feature allows you to view and pay a single fee line item with in a Fee Invoice , pay the invoice in full or allow CollectMax to spread the invoice payment across the fee line items.

Main/Home Screen Document Statistics View: This feature allows you to view Document statistics such as the document description, last generation date, number of document generated and the operator who generated the documents.

Main/Home Screen Interface View: This feature allows firms with interfaces to view on the main home screen a combined Interface Log for all interfaces at a glance. This will allow you to view process types, dates, operators and more.

Main/Home Screen Worklist View: This feature allows you to view and access your worklists from the main home screen.

Mass Account Processing Purge Payment Plans:This feature will allow you to purge/delete payment plans use the batch processes.

Mass Account Processing Use Date Relative Dates: This feature will allow you to use date relative dates on Batch Processes making regularly scheduled automation easier.

Mass Client Email: This feature will allow you to send mass emails to All Clients, a Client Set or a Client Group.

Maximum Settlement Months by Client: This feature allows you to set a maximum number of months for a settlement agreement in accordance with your client directives. Once entered the staff will be unable to select settlement months greater than what is set at the client level.

Member Class Flash Notifier:This feature will allow you to set selected Account Members to flash a notifier similar to the Defending Attorney Notifier, when the member is attached to an account.

Multiple Activity Codes for Document Automation: This feature allows you to add up to 3 activity codes for each document that is generated.

Paid In Full Tolerance: This feature will allow you to set an allowable dollar amount of variation from the total payoff that would still be considered a payoff by your client.

Quick Transaction Access for Payments and Costs: This feature allows you to set the Account Find Form to go directly to posting a payment or a cost regardless of which method you use to find the account.

Recent Document Feature: This feature allows you quickly access document you have recently opened from a display list of up to 10 recently opened documents.

Safeguard Limits on Manually Entered Transactions: This feature allows you to set maximum limits allowable for transaction code in CollectMax. No manual transactions over the amount set will be allowed to post.

Scripting: This feature allows you to design scripts with merge variables for your staff to use. The script and the date, elapsed time and the operator will be saved for easy access on the account.

SkipTracing: This feature allows you to track skiptracing events on a new SkipTracing Screen. This allows you to track events and associated cost with codes for types, vendors and outcomes.

System Security for Interfaces: This feature allows set access to interfaces by user or team in System Security.

Temporary Hold: This feature allows you set an account as temporarily on hold with an on screen indicator. This will not limit access to an account or manual data or transaction entry but can be used to limit batch processes.

Update Client Misc. Settings for Batch Client Settings: This feature allows you to update the Client Misc Setting options on Client Accounts by batch.

Requires Document Management

The following Version 8 Features require the purchase of the Document Management Module.

Batch Image Import Templates: This feature will allow you to save frequently used image import settings as templates for be used again for future image imports.

Action Completion by Image Type: This feature will allow you to complete a selected action code when an image with a selected Image Type is imported.

Returned Mail Designation for Imaging: This feature allows you to set the mail designation status per image.

Update Email Options for Batch Client Settings: This feature allows you to update the History and Image Email Settings by Batch Process.

The following Version 8 Features Require the purchase of the MaxConditions Module.

Conditional Attorney Review Features: This feature allows you to use conditions to display created message and data points on the Attorney Review Items and to use conditions to limit the display of an item on the checklist. See above Attorney Review for information on the Attorney Review feature.

Conditional Flash Messages: This feature allows you to use conditions on the group flash messages to help determine which accounts the flash messages will be displayed.

Document Suppression by Conditions: This feature allows you to suppress manual printing of selected documents by a customized conditions on the account.

The following Version 8 Feature requires the purchase of the Document Management Module and the MaxConditions Module.

Conditional Action and Status Changes by Image Import: This feature will allow you to add an action and/or change the status on an account based on a set condition statement when batch importing images.

Conditional Action Codes and Status Changes by Image Type: This feature will allow you to add an action and/or change the status on an account by image types code if a set conditions exists on the account.

The following Version 8 Feature Requires the purchase of the MaxSecurity Module.

Document Modification Audit: This feature tracks changes to the Document Properties.

Document Modification Reporting: This feature adds a MaxMonitor Report of the Document Modifications recorded on the Document Properties.

Document Modification Tracking: This feature tracks modifications of documents by requiring a reason for modification before allowing access to the document.

Requires MaxPlans

The following Version 8 Features requires the purchase of the MaxPlans Module.

Auto Court for MaxPlans: This feature enhances the MaxPlan Module to add an AutoCourt step to assign the Preferred Court to an account. This requires AutoCourt be setup up on the Client and Court Codes.
